We support the latest version of Chrome Windows and Mac.
Our Chrome Extension lets you easily send sites to your Switchboard rooms and attach room links to your calendar events.
Chrome's live captioning feature also works to generate a real time transcript of the conversation in the room.
You can sign up or sign into Switchboard with any email address and password.
You can also use "Sign in with Google" to create your Switchboard account so you don't have a separate password to manage for Switchboard.
Please note that you cannot change between signing in with your email/password or through your Google account.
Once signed into Switchboard, you can also use the "Sign in with Google" option for many popular sites and web apps within the room's cloud browsers. Your first time signing into these sites in a Switchboard room, may generate a security alert since Google views the room as a new device.
Files (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
You can use the Files app to upload any file to a room for others to download.
Opening a cloud browser in the room to your Google Drive account allows you to view or edit the documents you have stored there.
You can connect your Google Calendar to the schedule section of Switchboard to see what events you have coming up that day.
