Switchboard helps you work with other people, but if you're new to the tool you might wonder who you should invite. Here's a few ideas to get you started.
Coworkers
Most people start using Switchboard with close teammates at work. We'd recommend creating a room to host one of your already recurring meetings and inviting the relevant co-workers as Members to your workspace.
You can also start by inviting a coworker for a 1:1.

Clients
Switchboard is a great place to coordinate with people outside of your organization as well. If you regularly meet with your customers, try setting up a room and inviting them as Limited Members.
Use the browsers to pull up tools you use to track their progress, or upload relevant files like PDFs.
They will get full access to just that room at anytime, so you can use it host meetings and coordinate between meetings as well.
Prospects or Interviewees
If you regularly have the same type of meeting, but with different people each time- like a sales demo or interview- then try creating a Switchboard room for the meeting and inviting the participants as Guests.
They will need to request access to the room each time they join, so you can re-use the same room again and again.
Friends
Even though we designed Switchboard with work in mind, some people have started using it to host book clubs and game nights with friends and family far away. You can invite them as Limited Members so they always have access to your room, or Guests if you prefer them to only have access when you're in the room.
