You can invite people to your Switchboard workspace as one of three user types: Members, Limited Members, and Guest.
Only Members can invite new users or approve Guests to join a room.
Inviting Members to your Workspace
You can invite people on your team as Members to your workspace by clicking on your workspace name at the top of the left panel and selecting invite.
Then add their emails to the popup:
Workspace admins can approve/revoke Members and open up signups from a particular email domain (like @yourcompany.com) in the Workspace Settings page.
Inviting to specific Rooms
The "Share" button in the top right corner of a room is where you can invite specific Members (if it's private), Limited Members, and Guests to a room. Not sure what type of user to user?

1. Click the "Share" button in the top right corner of a room
2. Type in their email address and hit enter
3. Select if you want to add them as a Member or Limited Member
4. Click "Add" to send the invitation
Tip: You can copy the room link from the "Share" panel, or address bar in your browser and send it to anyone to invite them to the room as a Guest.
