Switchboard AI: A Guide

Switchboard AI is a powerful tool that leverages AI capabilities across your apps, like sticky notes and browsers.

What Can I Do with Switchboard AI?

Use it to summarize information, brainstorm ideas, and generate text using the apps in the room as context. It even cites the specific apps used to generate responses, providing transparency and context to your interactions.

Think of it as your always available sounding board. 

Accessing Switchboard AI

To start using Switchboard AI:

1) Click the AI icon in your app's toolbar.
Or
2) Click the AI icon in your room's bottom bar to open a new conversation

If you're initiating a new conversation that involves apps in the room, make sure to allow app access when prompted. 



Saving Conversations

If you want to save a conversation for future reference, you can:
1) Download the transcript from the three dot menu in the top right
2) Copy the most recent output to your clipboard
3) Click the AI icon below the output and select "Open in stickies" to create a new sticky note in the room. 

Conversations with Switchboard AI will automatically clear after closing the conversation window. You can also clear a conversation from the three dot menu in the top right corner. 

Data Privacy

At Switchboard AI, privacy is a top priority. Rest assured that none of your conversations will be used to train any LLMs. All Switchboard AI conversations are private, meaning that no one else in the room can read them. We strive to maintain the utmost confidentiality and ensure that your data remains secure.
