Workspaces created after November 6, 2023 start on a 30 day trial of the Pro tier. Workspaces created prior to that will start their 30 day trial on the first log in after November 6th. |
1. What plans do you offer?
Free, Pro, and Enterprise. The Pro and Enterprise plans are priced per member and offer monthly or yearly billing cycles.

2. Is there a free trial?
Yes! New workspaces can try the Pro plan for free for 30 days. No credit card required.
3. What happens when my trial ends?
After the 30 day trial expires, accounts that choose not to upgrade to the paid Pro plan will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan. Accounts that upgrade during the promotional 30 day period will not be charged until the promotional period concludes.
4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards.
5. How do I update my billing info?
Admins can update billing info from the "Plans & Billing" tab in Workspace preferences.
6. What occurs if I add or remove users from my plan?
For both monthly and yearly plans, new users will lead to a pro-rated charge for the current month or year. If users are deactivated, they will be removed from the following month's or year's bill. In the case of monthly plans, a pro-rated credit will be applied to the next invoice. For yearly plans, a credit will be generated and automatically applied to future charges.
7. Are there any discounts available?
Yes, we offer special pricing for Startups, NGOs, and University students. Please contact our sales team for more details.
8. What happens upon the renewal of my subscription?
Both annual and monthly plans auto renew. If you wish to cancel, ensure to do so before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being billed for the following period. For annual plans, you must request cancellation at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
9. How do I cancel my subscription?
Admins can cancel a subscription renewal from the "Plans & Billing" tab in Workspace preferences. Access will remain open until the billing cycle is complete. Canceling a paid plan results in the subscription being moved to the free tier on renewal. No refunds are offered for unused subscriptions.
