Working in Switchboard
Switchboard makes teamwork the best part of work through a few key features
Rooms
Each room is a customizable space where you can add web browsers and apps to organize projects or host calls.
In Switchboard everyone can move around the room and interact with everything inside of it.
Say hello to multiplayer meetings!
With a massive canvas there's plenty of room to add whatever you need. Then zoom in and use Present Mode bring everyone's focus to what you're looking at.
The best part? Rooms stay just as you left them. No need to track down the right browser tab in a panic as the meeting starts. 🤯
Overloaded with meetings already? Use Recordings and sticky notes to collaborate in the room async instead.
How do people use rooms?
Rooms are a great place to host meetings since you can load your favorite web apps (like Asana or Figma) in the room's browsers. Rooms can also be used to keep projects organized, or as a shared space with your clients. You can even set up a room as a personal command center to organize all your web apps in one place.

Browsers
Shared cloud browsers are the secret sauce that makes using Switchboard so powerful. No data migrations or custom integrations to create. Just open a browser in the room and run any web app you already use.
Choose to let everyone view the browser, or enable Shared control for even faster collaboration.

Users
Members: can browse and join any public rooms as well as set up public and private rooms of their own. You'll want to invite people from your team as members.
Limited Members: Limited Members get full time access only to the specific room(s) where they are invited. This is best for collaborating with clients or external vendors.
Guests: need to be approved by a member each time they join the room. You can invite anyone as a guest to a room by sending them the room's URL. This is best for one time access- like job interviews.

Calendar
Quickly connect your Google Calendar to show your schedule in the top left of your workspace. Here you can add a Switchboard room to existing events, or even create new ones!
